dog behaviour specialist sydney Meet Leon...(now adopted!)

Leon is an older lad but he's a very relaxed friendly dog who has spent several years over a few stays at the rescue center, but through no fault of his own!
Although initially unsure of strangers it takes him no time at all to gain confidence in people who ignore him and let him meet them first. In the few short sessions I've spent with him he's become completely comfortable being around me and loves getting a fuss. He relaxes very quickly. He's actually quite a simple dog who only needs a couple of easy going walks a day and then some quality chill out time with the family!
He is very trainable due to his calm attentiveness and he thrives on positive reinforcement!

"I have taken him home on several occasions and although he's not so keen on the car (it could be my driving) once he's in the house he's fantastic, clean through the night without any noise. He know's he's not allowed upstairs and after his first attempt he hasn't even tried again. He's really good on and off the lead and his recall is very good.
I think his size may put people off but he is very affectionate and would make a really loyal and loving dog when you get to know the real Leon!"
Leon has been spent many years at the rescue and he really deserves a chance at a good home life now.
